Well its been a while since Ive put anything up in here...thought I'd give a quick little update on my movements in the past 6-8months. Mid December last year I traveled to the USA, bought a 27ft 1989 RV and drove around the country for just under 6 months. It was a delightful trip, something I will never forget. I think in the end we drove 14 000 miles, through 19 national parks and 29 states. I've got a few favorite pics from the trip...its really hard to try and pinpoint specific places though...as the whole place is pretty amazing. The national parks in themselves were a hit....everyone so different yet beautiful. Here's one from Zion National Park, UTAH (one of my favorite NPs...and we scored some brilliant weather for it as well):

If you want to have a look through some others here is the set:

I'm still going through/re-editing photos as it was sort of on the run through the laptop to please friends/family! Comments welcome of course!

Cheers

The Zion image looks killer Darcy, sounds like a great relaxing way to spend 6 months mate! I'll have a squiz at the rest of these images when I get home.

Yes, love the Zion shots, Darcy! I've just taken a new job which will involve regular travel to our office in Utah, so I'm looking forward to some photography in my spare time.

Cheers,
Rick.

Thanks everyone! Still a lot of post processing to do....One thing was for certain Aussies skies kill it. Not once was I really impressed with the stars, well maybe in Big Bend National Park but thats one of the darkest areas in the USA..however it still had nothing on Australia. Quick question for anyone I'm getting some prints done as a present for my dad...anyone got any good recommendations as to where I can get a quality print done and framing? Cheers
