Nice shot, JJJ, but don't you think that'd be a bit chilly (shooting in "the" RAW):):P
You'd have to roll in mud to keep warm!!!!:):P

Mighty happy to oblige ma'am (tips hat)
and just in case anyone else is having trouble finding it, the link to DSS 3.3.3 is here: http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/DeepSkyStacker/ You will need a .rar decompression utility like winRAR etc

LOL had no choice but to go unguided. Had problems with my guiding the past couple of nights. But resolved the issue for now, but it's going to be a recurring problem if I don't get off this puter and fix it properly, NOW.

Very nice JJJ. Maybe just a tad of green in the background but saturation looks pretty good. You could always go a little more (more to my taste really) but not a necessity. Getting some nice images coming coming out of your site now. Well done.

A good shot.
Sharp with nice colours.
Is it full frame? if so, do you use a field flattener?
Thanks.
Ross.

That's the only trouble with buying the latest hardware, waiting for the software to catch up.
Most maddening though, is that I'm still waiting on the Canon software to catch up with it's own camera. LOLOL EOS Viewer STILL won't recognise the raw files.

You're on a roll at the moment JJ. That's a nice shot. With about 3-4 times the exposure it would be an absolutely great one.
Cheers
Steve
