Hi folks
We were down at the south coast of NSW (Broulee) last weekend, staying in a house with a great view of sky and sea. We got up at 0530 to have a look at the show in the eastern sky and were not disappointed.
The pic is a 30" exposure, so the 4 planets are quite blown out, and the sky quite bright - it was quite dark, actually! There was a moon if I recall correctly. Photographically, not a particularly great shot, but the interesting feature is the illumination of the sea by the light of Venus.
Anyway, it's not something you see very often.
Cheers
John
