Well sort of. I use it and it seems pretty accurate. http://www.fallingrain.com/world/ Find your country then town and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Hope this is of some use to you all.

What the...! They've got every suburb except mine! Nyaania???? where on earth did they get that name from? And Zamia??? Where do they get their info from? Bizaare. But all that aside, its not the kind of clear sky clock I was expecting. It is not that easy to read. I like the original one where there is a different coloured square for each hour and it's more spread out, much more user friendly.

I've been using the Clear Sky Clock for a few years on my web site home page. It's not always right, but it's right more than the local weatherman. Great tool!

Fun site BUT it says I am going to have cloud this weekend and its beautiful outside at present. Its a cruel world :(
