Nothing special. Decided to not waste a clear night, dusted off the RC and got some h-alpha data.
NGC 6334 or the cats paw can be seen here (http://www.atscope.com.au/BRO/gallery93.html)

That's a cool shot Peter  Little fuzzy or is it just me? Not your usual punchy Ha self.

Pity we can't flick a switch and turn the big light off!!!:):P
Make for much easier LRGB.

45 minutes....it's amazing the amount of data that setup can capture.

Longish focal length and average seeing....but I think I have to agree!! ..it's a bit rubbish at present.....hence the reality check is appreciated :)
Much more data required.

Appreciated, but I must admit this pussy cat was far blacker than I had first thought! ....not an easy target for sure.
There seems to be alot of *very* faint structure there which mega data will hopefully reveal.

Nice Peter, but at this focal length you need a bigger chip to fit it all in.
Great detail for just 45 minutes worth. Are you going to colour this one up or just leave it mono?
Nice clean result.
