This girl is amazing and I look forward to potential future conceptual shoots.

I've got tonnes to go through, but, here's a start to proceedings.

Canon EOS 5D Mark II, Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L USM
1/320s f/8.0 at 135.0mm iso100

Comments and critique, etc., most welcome.

Great shot Humayun :) I didn't see you taking them off to the side at the time. Isn't she wonderful! You have the pleats of her dress looking more contrasty than I could. Fantastic!

I think they're rather consensual.

Beautiful pose, light, and location. She looks very natural in front of a camera. Lucky buggas.

Hi mate,

Thanks! And, yep, she's awesome. :)

Chris,

Thanks, so much. :)

Ken,

Cheers! I want to do more of this type of stuff. :)

Frank mate,

I took a couple of images at slightly different angles and knew what to expect when the waves crashed. It was just a matter of timing. :)

Next time, we shoot at Claireview? What say ye? :P

Troy,

Thank you, my friend. :)

She needed only the very basic direction -- she's a natural.

Mike,

Thanks, heaps!

Shane,

Appreciate that -- but, she's the talented one! All I did was click a button. :)

Thanks, guys. More to come shortly.

Looking very nice Humayun

A small thing i would photo shop out is a bump seen in the below picture.
It is only from a aesthetic point of view ( she is a beautiful subject whatever i say).

Arrow pointing to area i suggested in below pic.
PS: the arrow should point a bit further :P

You got it all on that shot. She's walking on water, even the waves at the back making the shell.

I've been biting my tongue, but can't hold it anymore. I love the pics you and Chris have taken - particularly this one H. I just can't help grinning at the thought of two IIS larikans heading off to the beach with camera gear in hand and just happening to come across this gorgeous young lady, who just happened to be collecting portfolio pics and was keen to be shot.

I'm sure most of us would have had the local cops on to us if we wandered up to a young local beauty with SLR and long lens in hand. Or maybe worse, the mother/mother in law

John,

You're going to have to buy a 5D Mark II, after all. :P

Marc,

Thanks, mate. You've got a good eye for interpretation. :)

Jen,

Thank you! Yes, I agree, it's such a beautiful name. I think I like it as much as Charlotte. :P

Rob,

Haha! I'll be heading back to that location soon. Will see if the same opportunity presents itself. I somehow doubt it, though. That morning was something special!

Thanks, all.
