How to PM

I know this is probably so simple it's stupid, but how do you send someone a PM?
Why isn't there a link in a message to PM?

Sorry for being dumb but I just couldn't find it.:confused2:

Luke just click on there name or user name at the top left of the post you are in and it will come up with options for you.
