Hello all
Taking advantage of the long weekend I stepped out to do some morning imaging (I got away with this as I promised and have installed some curtain rods for her indoors!)
The conditions were OK and I noticed a small brightening on the western limb as I was imaging the large 7 shaped filament. The 5 images were taken over a 35 minute period from 9.30am Brisbane time - quite exciting as I was hoping for something big.....but I got a little pop!
Image 2 is of the large backwards 7 prominence and image 3 of the newish active region 1203.
Hope you enjoy!
