Hi all
I have been enjoying all of the conjunction images that have been posted - unfortunately I was not able to take some happy snaps this morning - but I did get some Sun in a little later in the morning.
Lunt 60/Ha, 2.5 Powermate and DMK31.
Three active regions, some nice filaments and a series of a prom on the eastern limb over one hour.

Nice Matt the seeing was boiling down the coast this morning so just had a visual you've captured some great detail there.
They look great Matt - never ceases to amaze me to see the beautiful 'texture' of the Sun, and the little proms.
I dont like looking at Sun images cos makes me want to purchase one of those terribly expensive little scopes.
Very nice images Matt. Your certainly making hay while the sun shines
(Sorry I could not resist)

Nice set of images Matt. Shame you couldn't make it up Mt Coot-tha this morning.
Cheers,

Lovely Matt!
I have managed to capture a bit of Sol today as well but I haven't processed it yet. I've been fixated with getting Al's Reticule v3.2 to work after trying to add a feature and creating a problem! I should get a job with Microsoft:P.
I was very surprised to see clear skies this morning... its been too long, but by the time I got out amongst it, the clouds were scudding around so I'm not sure how good my efforts will be. Its amazing how different the proms were to what you captured. I couldn't see a prom at all on the side you got that one.

Thanks folks.
Hey Al, I had been imaging for a little while - going back and forth between the AR near the limbs - I did not change settings and all of a sudden the prom was just there - quite odd. It looked too large to just spring up - maybe the conditions improved ???? I was only single stacked too!

Really good images again Matt - particularly the sequence. Regards Ray
