Proof, we had an hour or so of clear skies last night.
Antares, surrounded by Globular Cluster NGC6144, and the Nebulae IC 4605 and IC 4603.
17x3min @ iso 800
Canon 20d modded and SWED80.
Still trying to get the hang of processing images out of a modded cam.
And yeah yeah, more data would be grand, but we get what we can, while we can nowadays. LOL :P
It was lovely to out amongst it again.

Nice shots JJJ. I left my scope out last night ready again for tonight. Lucky it was covered. I have heaps of browny points. Most of the stuff in relation to my mum is done so I do not have to go to Brisbane anymore so I'm up for it. Look forward to a few laughs.

they are currently doing that region now as an example, u may find some useful hints there, not done it myself so i'm no help personally :)
