I decided to put my 40 year old body and knees through some testing yesterday. I picked the tallest mountain in our ranges I could find, (Actually it turns out it's the second highest).

Around about 15 kilometer return trip up some pretty steep rocky terrain, but I loved every minute of it.

Good for the soul! Here's a couple of quick videos.

Great stuff Baz.

Do you have to park at Apollo Rd and walk from there, or can you get closer?

Cheers,
Jason.

Thanks Shane, Jason, I parked at the Namadgi visitors centre, but there is a track that comes in from the Booroomba rocks car-park.

Baz, interesting short videos - one really gets the idea well - especially at the summit. It was neat how you were holding the camera out in front too. Good shot too of the butterfly.
