hi. Did a repro of previously posted data using Registax 6 to see what linked wavelets could do on lunar images. The first image is about the best I could do from this imaging run with standard wavelets and the default kernel. The second is the same stacked image, but processed using linked wavelets. No other processing has been applied to either.
The standard image could definitely be improved a bit with deconvolution, but, straight out of R6, linked wavelets definitely seem to have the edge for this data. They are also very very easy to overdo..... Thanks for looking. Regards Ray

That is very interesting result with your Plato comparison as I found with Saturn it was too strong. You can certainly spend a while tweaking and adjusting lw feature.

Thanks for the comparison Ray. I have just begun on Registax 6 and need to learn about linked wavelets now. Wonderful image of Plato.
