Russian ''Alien'' - Terrible Journalism

How are these people legally allowed to call themselves journalists? The front page of the Courier Mail has a huge pic of the supposedly dead alien lying in the snow and a story that ends with the line..

"However, disappointingly, the video has now been exposed as being fake"

So...why put the story on the website in the first place if they know it's fake?...fair enough if it's placed in their 'weird' section for a bit of fun but on the front page where real news should be? I stopped buying the paper version a while ago, i think i'll delete their link from my favourites now too as they just get more and more ridiculous.

Why is it that when they fake these Aliens they often have them Naked.

Pretty much sums up what the Murdoch press has done to
journalism in general, this papers just one of the countless
whos CEO like the poor chicken has had his spine removed.

'Minds me of a C4 (UK) docco on horse racing years ago.
It went on for 90 minutes about how evil big-buck-bookies would lay more bets to shorten the odds (d'uuuh) and how awful this was and how the 'punters' were being ripped-off etc..
In the last 5 seconds they admitted that "...of course, this practice is NOT illegal and a bettor can 'lock-in' the (longer) odds when betting" :lol:
