Well I am learning some new tricks, badly reprocessing a lot of images to see if i can milk any more out of them with making them look like a train crash. Not an easy task:rofl: and i think i have made them worse LOL. Its a learning exercise
repros from imaging at Queensland astrofest 2010 and some live from the doghouse.....

yes you can see it has been a lean year:rofl: and some of the data wasnt that good to start with - but i am getting desperate to get good data......

I think you should be proud of those shots Dave and it is a continual learning curve. Can't wait for Astrofest.

Um yes - the weather is not kind.
i operate only one camera at home - at astrofest i operate many more ;)

Did you shoot that here in Oz? That's great then. Best I have seen of the Veil from Oz.

You're lucky you can get that far north to image.
Coonabarabran is the furtherset north I can get, so September and October are my "Andromeda months".
Are you photographing it with a 300mm lens?
