I was able to spend a few hours and several dollars attending NEAF briefly this morning and early afternoon. My work schedule has been grueling and it was tough to make it back home last night so I could attend today.

There was a lot of neat things to see and buy.

I did get a chance to see the new Delos eyepieces. A quick look through one indoors looking at a 5 dollar bill was impressive. I think they will be popular once they are available.

I picked up a 13 mm Ethos for an attractive price as well as an Astrocrumb filter slide (with dew heater) as well as a few bits and bobs...

There was a lot of gear to see and all of it looked great, I wish I could have bought it all...can't wait until next year!

Don't want to drop too many of those Astrocrumbs around the place otherwise you'll get a whole heap of Astroants:):P

You really need a heap of money when you go to things like NEAF and AIC.

I avoided the truly expensive stuff to keep temptation away...NEAF takes a bit of preplanning in terms of spouse points...I use the first three months to accumulate them so I can spluge.
