LMC and NGC 2070 wide view

Hi Everyone.

After failing to convince my friend to part with his "ED80" I spent time brooding while processing this photo.
It was more of an experiment than anything else. I wanted to see if I could fit the LMG into one frame. As you can see I was able to get most of it in but the frame could of been turned anti-clock wise a little.
Anyway the details are

ED80 f/6.5?
Focal reducer/correcter x0.85
2 minute subs x 15
Master Dark
unguided NEQ6pro.
Pentax K-x @ 1600iso
Processed with DSS, PS CS2.

PS The Saturation has now been adjusted, I feel happier about this image now, Tnx again Doug, your advice was right.

Nice detail again Paul but I think this one could do with a bit more red saturation to lift all the Ha areas in this galaxy.

The wide fiels looks great! You may want to keep the ED-80 :)

Thanks for the reply, yes Greg is hanging on to the scope with hold hands rather tightly!. I reckon I might have to chisel pry each finger one at a time when I want to borrow it again.
