Just a few pics I have taken over the last six months. All shots were taken without a scope and all with the Canon 350D. Hope you llke...
Only photo that was ajusted was the Milkyway and all I did was tweak the contrast a little.

Thanks guys, still ... can't wait till I buy my scope but In the meantime Im having a ball with my plastic tube and binnos. ;)

Especially like the star view over the house - got both magellenic clouds with what must be a very quick exposure, amazing stuff.

Hi Ezy, thanks and all I used for the Milky Way was the kit lense (18-55mm) @ 18mm.

Robert, that was a very dark, cold night in Winter but I was still impressed with what the camera picked up as exposure was only around 1-2 seconds. Amazing what high ISO can acheive. You should see the full res image, you can evev see tuc47? there. I can email it if anyome is interested?
