Full thickness Pyrex mirror, mfg by Parks Optical in USA.
Coating is in excellent condition. There is a chip on the side of the mirror which does not appear to affect the figure.

Hi - have you got any more information on the mirror - age, focal length, etc. Also, do you have any photos?
