Heater band, camera adaptor etc

Hey all,

Just wondering if anyone has the following items, all offers considered:

1) Heater band for 8" Dob
2) Universal camera adapter
3) Scope cover for 8" Dob
4) Binocular case for 15x70s

I've been looking online and have found a few, but just wanted to see if anyone had some they didn't want anymore first.
