You captured me sitting waiting for the seeing just to the left of Pete's tent. Great animation.

Great animation and it shows a lot of white lights flaring off, especially in some of the tents.
Great stuff Daniel, probably one of the better ones i have seen for a while, nice work.

Thanks JJJ! ;)
Thanks Paul. :)Yes, I noticed seeing you hanging around your scope there.
Thanks Allan, yes all the glowing tents and the brightest one happened to be mine. :scared3:
Thanks Leon, cheers.:)
Thanks Alios, yes it was a great camp and was nice to catch up again.
Thanks H :) Exposures were 25 secs and all shots were straight from the camera. I probably should have given them a slight batch process to brighten them up a touch.
Thanks Eric.:) As you know I had a bit of trouble getting it to work properly but finally got it going.;)
I am new to posting stuff on you tube and actually have 2 timelapses which I don't know why but when I view them on the link it plays them both continuously one after the other and on the second one which was taken the night after I spotted a surprise message left by Niko in one of the frames!:rofl:

Very impressive Daniel. I particularly like the majesty of the rising of Scorpius contrasting with the seemingly frantic human activity underneath.

Awesome Daniel.
I must say our activity (well at least mine) didn't seem that frenetic at the time.

Thanks Mike.:)
After all the trouble and trying different programs the one I used was Picasa and I had it the whole time and had no idea it could do timelapses.
No worries there Father Ken, you where safely tucked away in your chapel around the corner.
Not at all there Niko, you cracked me up! It was a nice surprise and I had a good laugh!
Thanks Patrick
Thanks Neale.;)
Some attached pics are

Dan,
To get the proper URL, you click on the "Share" button and then it will drop down a little bar in which it will have a URL. What you've posted is a link to a playlist (it'll keep cycling through both videos).
The correct URL to the longer video is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ehitFpjMfus
