This is the first image I've taken in quite a while. Had quite good conditions up here in Brissie last night.
This is 25x5mins using the 10" Newt and QHY8 pro. Probably would have been better off with longer subs but still happy with this result. Colour balance has been difficult and I will probably have another go at it.
I've also noticed a bit of elongation in the stars in RA which I suspect is a bit of backlash in the mount so it might be time to get the tools out and adjust the worm mesh.
Comments welcome.

Nice one. This object is faint and has a lot going on in the region. It sometimes can make the image look noisy but it's hard to get past this unless you go for long subs. I would of thought 25 would of been enough to smooth the image out more though? One pass of noiseninja would smooth this out though.

Looks good, I like the spikes - reckon they really add to it. Colours do look like they need a bit of a tweak. Must be a faint target, is it?

Thanks - yep it seems to be a faint one and would have benefited from longer subs.

Very subtle processing, love the stars and how you have brought out the faint details from short subs. You really are maximizing what you get out of the QHY8 pro. Like it a lot.

Yep Peter thats a good Cone, but I would go longer on your subs. I find with my QHY8 you need around 10 min subs to bring out the faint stuff really well.

Nice image Peter. Yes colour could be tweaked a bit but the detail level is quite good.
Well done.

Very nice Pete, looks great. There wasn't much dew to speak of last night but do you think your dew problems are under control?
Lots of dust obvious, especially for city shooting. Must be a faint one alright. There's some nice colours starting to become visible in there too.

Nice moody image. Usually see this region with lots of red but I prefer the colours in this version, more subdued, a bit like Corona australis in feel.

Keith
Lovely capture Pete, you've done a great job with this one.

Thanks for the feedback.
Geoff,
I think I've got it pretty much under control but like everything in astrophotography there are compromises to be made - if you crank up the heaters too much you suffer from other problems.

looks a very faint area Peter, well done - will you reimage the area (when possible) to build on the data you have?
