The Numbers quoted in the first post were the numbers I read off the boxes, other information I can see:

Flattener: TOA35FL (TK-TOA130FN)
Reducer: TOA ??? RD
Extender: TOA130 Extender (TK-TOA130EX)

Hope this helps.

I do have an interested party in the reducer/flattener - however I have 2 of those, 1 brand new unused, the othe has been used.
