My first picture with my new QHY11 and also my first LRGB:thumbsup:
Colour balancing has been quite a challenge!:confused2:
Exp=LRGB:240:120:120:120 10 min subs all bin 1x1
Scope: RCX400 14" @F8
Guiding: SX-AO-LF with Lodestar

Hi Enrique all that new equipment seems to be working together nicely, you put some long hours in this which shows with plenty of colour and detail in the spiral arms.

Hi Enrique,
Great data in your image. The galaxy is too magenta and the inner spiral looks a reddy brown when it is more a yellowish colour.
You've got the data there. I recommend using the selective colour tool in Photoshop to reduce magenta and get a better colour balance in the inner core area.
