JJJ on the mend, slowly

Our dear friend Jeanette (jjjnettie) underwent some pretty major internal surgery this morning and I'd just like to let everyone know that at this stage she is fine though though weary and heavily self medicated :rolleyes: :lol: Cant keep a good time girl down it seems. :P

I'm sure all her friends here at IIS will want wish her a speedy recovery. She has her laptop but I'll have to see about getting her internet access.

Jeanette hasn't seen her surgeon since the op this morning, but I will post updates as I hear of them. I'll likely call her tomorrow lunchish time after the Drs have been.

I won't go into what the surgery was about, but while routine it was major surgery (fortunately laparoscopy )and she won't be dancing the cha cha for a few weeks at least.

I've been looking into it and it doesn't seem like the services at the hospital offer that, not like TV. Maybe I'll just get her a prepaid wireless usb dongle and see how that goes. I've got to check with the hospital management first to see if that is allowed and it doesn't interfere with equipment :rolleyes:

If she is in there for 4 or 5 days she'll think her throats been cut, along with the rest of her :lol:
