**Wow Realised I spelt Carina wrong in the Tital How embrasasing lol**

Finally! After months of waiting I was lucky enough to have my first completely clear night on sunday night :D:D:D

Still working on a M42 (I would love to talk to someone how to incorperate shorter exposures using photoshop or similar? I have 5, 2 and 1/2 minute images I want to make into one to account for the blowout in the 5 minute shot ect ect)

But I managed to get a fantastic view of NGC3372 the marvilous Eta Carina though so decided to go for the 1 hour total exposure time. 10 x 6 minute subs @ ISO 1600. I took 5 dark frames with it made the image look very nice. Taken on the 27/02 - 28/02

Tonight was spectacular though until the clouds came in as predicted at about 12:30 - 1 I haven't been able to process any data from tonight but i eagerly await beaufifying it :) I went for the virgo cluster after i saw JJ's pic on facebook  It was a great image JJ! Managed to get 8 of the 10 6 minute subs due to the clouds coming in. Should be finished tomorrow but for now Eta Carina!

:) Nicely done Casey.
But I do think ISO 1600 is too much. You'll get a much more pleasing result after processing, using ISO 400....ISO 800 max.
Looking forward to your Triplet.
