No moon rise?

Heyy all, i was just looking at the moon phase here in IIS.. and saw this..
Does that mean that the moon doesnt rise but sets? paradox much?

It is more than one solar day from one moonrise to the next - about 24 hours and 58 minutes.

Here (Sydney) the moon did not:
set on Feb 12 (23:56 on the 11th and 00:42 on the 13th),
transit on Feb 17 (23:26 on the 16th and 00:22 on the 18th),
rise on Feb 25 (23:24 on the 24th and 00:15 on the 26th).

Those figures are from Cartes du Ciel and the dates vary from place to place.
