1886 Astronomy Book on Ebay

The full title of the book is "Recreations in Astronomy With Directions For Practical Experiments And Telescopic Work". It was written by Henry White Warren, D.D. and published by Chautauqua Press in 1886. The book is 284 pages in length and contains 83 black and white illustrations and maps of the stars. The cover is in nice condition for the age with some slight wear. The pages are clean however approximately 5 of them were "dog earred". There is a tear on page 12 about 1-1/2 inches long. The binding is tight. The name of the original owner appears in ink on the inside of the cover
