The Current Moon is listed as FULL MOON 100%

but, in my 'Lunar and Solar Activity For The Coming Week'

the Moon listed for Friday 18 Feb 2011 is listed as 'Waxing Gibbous 99.1%'


why?

According to Astronomy 2011 its full on the 18th at 6:36pm EST for eastern Aust and 4:36pm WST.

Yes, according to the ASV astronomical yearbook 2011, it's Feb. 18th at 19.36.

Yep, it was Waxing up until about 1 hour ago.
Now it will start Waning.
