I'm looking at options for mounting a newly-acquired Revelation 66mm APO (WO clone). I want to use is as a finderscope/widefield imaging telescope/guidescope/ H-alpha telescope (with etelaon and blocking filter.
For reasons too long to go into, it looks as though a traditional guidescope ring arrangement may be a non-starter.
One option would be a Skywatcher Guidescope Mount.

Has anyone any experience of using these?
Are there flexure issues when using it for mounting a guidescope?
Thanks

Im interested in these as well - I would be worried about the flex, but I guess if its securely bolted on it should be ok.

If you want to see how SkyWatcher thinks this might be secured have a look at the back page of the Feb/Mar Australian S&T.
Scarry!!

:D I saw that as well - not the best advert for a product.
