hi all you pony club members!!! i had the pleasure to meet ric petrie over the weekend.. he was up here at moonee beach for a wedding ric was so keen to do some seeing thursday or friday but i was the flat out with work and coming home and crashing of a night with the heat....so we planned tonight and wouldn't you know it it's cloudy and raining always the way... had a look at his 14" orion dobby and wow what a nice setup there impressive... thanks for coming around sunday arvo ric i had a great arvo when you're up this way again seeing you're brother well do some viewing then....

Good on ya Mozzie its great to put some faces to the names of our lovely IIS members :D I had a member Rob (aka clayton) come down from Adelaide a few weeks ago and we were out with my scope till early hours of the morning :lol: was good fun i think i talked his head off all night long LOL :P

Only every now and then i go outside the western division.

Yes! Rick has previously been voted the gentleman of the Pony Club.

I wondered why he missed the last Saturday night session.

It would be good to have some way of connecting with IIS members while travelling.

I was out at Broken Hill last Monday and would have liked to connect with some locals for some viewing.
And I was a stones throw from Swan Hill the day before that, and did not realise you were there Jen.
Although I did publicise I was travelling Victoria, I only managed to meet up with one local. Thanks again Erick.
