It's not often that I feel I have had great sales performance (and there is a coffee maker I've been trying to get delivered since late November that is driving me crazy!) but I want to give these guys a positive rap!
www.printzone.com.au (http://www.printzone.com.au)
I've been buying toner cartridges from them for my home printers for several years. Their prices have been good. Shipping is free over $99 (and a couple of cartridges always cost over that). They are extremely prompt and use couriers.
I thought I'd save a few dollars and bought two compatible cartridges from them in 2009 rather than genuine HP. First one made funny noises, but worked. Tue night, I put the second one into my wife's printer and everything failed and jammed up. Tried it in another printer and it behaved the same.
So I ordered two new HP cartridges from them around 9pm Tue night (yes, Australia Day public holiday the next day). My wife was resigned to being without her printer for same days. I mentioned in passing the problems with the compatibles and said I would stay with HP genuine from now.
Thursday afternoon - courier delivers the order. Simultaneously I received an email confirming despatch, apologising for the inconvenience of the faulty cartridge and crediting my credit card for the cost of the cartridge I bought in 2009!
Now that is service! That is my personal experience. :)

(I'm nothing but a very satisfied customer - but I wish I had shares, if they keep up that performance then they are going places!)
