You will notice in my Signature I have a new second hand scope. I couldn't get focus with my 10" Dob with the LPI but with the new scope I have focus on a distant building for a test now I just have to learn to use the GEM or better still get a goto tracking mount for it and I can get into some serious imaging well serious for a beer budget:P:rofl:. I know it is only a photo of a shed wall but I was thrilled to get it in focus I didn't get it real focused but that was only because I was too excited that it worked:D

Ah....the good ol' "corrugated" nebula!!! :):P

Can be a pretty hard target to get!!! :)

Not much more we can focus on right now...given the weather!!!.

Good one I will endeavour to get the moon and try to track with the GEM for a few minitues and see what I can achieve but I still haven't learnt to polar align the mount and I will probably turn the dials the wrong way while trying to follow the moon.

WOW MY FIRST NEBULA:P:rofl:
