spent at least one hour star testing tonight and along with the icepacks and pretty good seeing, this raw mode video at 480x has made me very happy.

about 280 frames stacked in registax

the star tests are now fun!

i will now lift the brightness and see if iris can bring out anymore stars as ken was playing with

Nice one Davo. Looks similar to what I got with the LPI last night, but accidentally deleted.

The attached image from Burnham's shows the Trap.
Stars E and F are 11 mag, discovered in 1826 and 1830, quoted as visible in a 6" telescope. Stars G and H are 16th mag and discovered with a 36" refractor in 1888.

Yeah you know it is a good night of seeing and transparency when you can see all six of the stars.
