One of the guys from the Tak uncensored yahoo group uploaded this photo taken through his new TOA150. I reckon it is stunning. I had to resize it bigtime to get it to upload here, the original was 4008x2672 pixels and a monster file, but the details in the photo at that size were "hubble-ish".

This is the guys details. quote:Imaged from home near downtown Sacramento, CA, this is a combination of 100 minutes each exposures through Astrodon Ha, SII and OIII filters and STL-11000xm. New TOA-150 scope with field flattener on Paramount ME was guided via STL-402 on Tak FS60c. Darks, flats, registration and combining done in CCDStack. Color combining in Photoshop CS2, with levels, curves, NoiseNinja and secret sauce applied therewith, end quote.
I hope he wont mind me publishing it here.

Wow, that's some serious gear.
It's a very hubble-esque image though.

Yeah it makes some of our efforts look very basic by comparison, mind you with the money he has invested, he would want to get some very nice results. We cant all afford to pay for the type of setup he has, thats for sure. Having said all that, the end result is brilliant for an "amateur" ground based telescope.
