SPX350 F16.3, EQ6, Mintron12V6 (GStar-Ex).

1.25sec exposure for RGB + 2.56sec exp for Ha, Astrodon filters.

Had a go at M42 core on a breezy night with avg seeing and got quite a bit of detail, used Ha5nm with Red as Luminance.

Also had a go at elusive 8.5mag Sirius B white dwarf which was along diffraction spike but clearly seen in the blue filter.

Would love a closeup of Eta Carina and even a go at Supernova 1987A and see if I get anything in the super sensitive Mintron.

Starting to get hot and humid here in Brisbane, unbarable at 30 deg and it can go even higher. We arrived from UK last April so have not experienced proper hot weather yet so just hope the rainy monsoon weather breaks.

Thanks, John.

Good stuff John, nicely resolved - great to see something a bit different once in a while!

Ah Grasshopper... it is the brave imager who compares with Hubble.

The Ha shot is super high res, extra long FL and short exposures is the go with bright targets.

Excellent work
