Hi Guys, Just wanted to say G'day.
I have had a quick browse thru the forum and found a lot of interesting stuff. If I may make a small contribution to the topic of cleaning your optics(DOB),I have an article that was featured in Sky $ Telescope July 1997, that goes thru the whole process. I have zipped the 4 pages down to 1.2M (bmp).If you can't find the S&T issue, I would be happy to email it to you.
I hope that our W.A.A.C.er members agree to join you on this site. Will post back after meeting nite on Thurs 3rd.

Hi Laurie.

I cleaned my 10" mirror the other night, it was a much easier process than I expected it to be. I'll write something up for the website when I get a chance, so that others may learn from my (and others) experiences.

I hope other WAAC members come and join in the great discussions on these forums, hope to see you back soon!
