In this day and age of less than stellar service I have just had an unheard of experience.

I live in the Philippines and attempted to order some equipment through Frontier Optics.

Entirely because of my problems the purchase could not be completed.

Rather than have Frontier return my money I suggested he give it to his favourite charity.

Imagine my surprise when this morning my wife picks up a package from Frontier Optics that has a Burgess TMB 2.5 and adaptor in it.

The owner apparently waited till he had a special on equipment he knew I wanted and then shipped it to me for just the amount of money I had forwarded for our aborted purchase.

This is service above and beyond and I would highly recommend Frontier optics to anyone looking to make a purchase.

yes brian there is still good in this world!!!!!!

with out mentioning names i was at a star party and i had bought of a vendor over the net a week before and they know me personally,the owner pulled me aside and gave me cash. the item i bought went on special and i was goobsmashed people don't have to do this but they do.
