So I guess they don't allow pens, pencils, confectionery on sticks, rulers you could break, bags with straps to strangle someone, ...
I think they aren't far from everyone having to stay at home.

The only mistake the Grinch made, was allowing feelings of any sort to enter the equation!
I've never been so disappointed with a characters turn around in beliefs!
As for Candy Canes, who cares! Just another marketing ploy, Anyone seen easter eggs for sale yet????

Adrian,
The Grinch is alive and well in Australia as well.
MAS has met at UWS for 15 years. We have supplied at great expense to us, telescopes for public nights (held at the Uni) and procured Top Flite speakers for our monthly meetings.
They have now informed us that a fee of $120 per meeting x 11, will be applied for 2011.
And here I thought that Universities were run by the public purse.:mad2::mad2:
In my day we used to eat candy canes.

I remember a Goodies episode when it was decided to end the world now - it was deemed we had gotten to the point of no reason to continue - how close are we??????
PS. The Grinch actually turned out OK in the end!
