Hi folks,

after a long time of abstinence I am back now. I got my motivation back. Now my DSLR era is over, I got a Moravian G2-8300FW.

The last days I did the 1st light: Sword of Orion with the Canon EF 200 and Astronomik Halpha filter.

9x900sec, f/3.5

I am going to discover a new world now. Narroband is fun :).
Can`t wait to do the next sessions.

Cheers

Werner

stuff of legend
That's a far better pic than there was in any book up to 1995 and probably later!

Nice Werner. Great contrast and sharp detail. You might want to do a selective mask to sharpen M42 though.

Thanks for your nice comments!

You are right, I have to do a 2nd attempt and to collect a lot of experience. I am at the beginning ;).

I have a G42 mount and used the telephoto Canon EF 200
