The International Space Station orbits 320km above our heads, hurtling around the Earth at 28,160km/h. It is one of the greatest engineering feats of all time. The film explores how the space station was made possible through a series of five engineering breakthroughs. Using CGI animation, it reveals the incredible stories behind previous space stations and the inventions that have pushed the boundaries of science.

It had some interesting stuff.

But I thought there was a bit too much animation (and clunky sound effects) and not enough real footage. Some of the animation was a bit wacky too - jet pack man going up into space and then his rockets re-attaching themselves to a space station?

And calling ASTP a space station is a bit of a stretch.

And they got the date of Apollo 11 wrong!
