At the moment I have these babies living in my garden
A hare a family of Stone Bush Curlews and a family of plovers - in the trees we've also got a family of butcher birds and a few possums (not to mention the goannas!

That reads like quite a menagerie you have there! Do they expect lunch!

I find that there is something quite magical when I see a mixed gathering of wildlife in our back garden; it seems almost Disney like in its charm, although we are mainly limited to Rainbow Lorikeets, Crested Pigeons, Butcher Birds, the ubiquitous Noisy Miners, Eastern Water Dragons and Skinks. Somehow the whole is greater than the sum of the parts.

Cheers

I envy you!

The only wildlife I get in my garden is of the insect variety and usually eating my veggies :mad2:
I do get the occasional noisy mynah but they don't really count as wildlife, more as bloody annoying.

Noisy mynahs are at least native. It's the Indian mynas that are painful. The doves in the hedge have gone so I guess that's another generation that's learnt to fly. The magpies are about ready to evict the last batch of juveniles. Nothing is eating the vegies - yet - but there have been quite a few male fruit fly in the traps.
