Good Morning All and Thanks for all of the Birthday Wishes.

seeing all of the posts first thing this morning has put a smile on my face!

Winter is upon us here in the NE USA...with temperatures below freezing most of the time. I can tell you that December viewing in Australia beats the heck out of Decenber viewing in Connecticut!

I am hopeful to get the opportunity to return to Australia...I just don't have any idea when that will be. Maybe at retirement!

My family and I are pretty settled in here now but we all do miss living "down under"...and by the way what has happened to the Criket Team since we left!?! I work with a few POMS based in London...Ricky and company need to lift a bit and fast otherwise I'll never hear the end of it.

Well, better get back to the grindstone but thanks all for helping me have a geat start to my Birthday! Cheers All!

Okay, I survived my Birthday!!!

I received a few nice presents but nothing strictly Astro related.

The weather here is currently -10 C (14 F) and it should get colder overnight! at least it is crystal clear...
