Great image H, the water and the colours are just beautiful. You've hit the exact exposure time for making the water look 'in motion' rather than blurry, very impressive.
I think maybe the belt of Venus is a tad too light? It looks more like a patch of blue sky under a pink cloud. But everything else is perfect, I like it very much.

Beautiful as always. I like the turquoise wave about to break just below the horizon line. Good timing.

it looks excellent but maybe a little soft looking on the bottom rock
Very nice H.
I like the pastel colours you have captured.

Lovely wave detail Humayun, but perhaps as Rolf said, the sky has come out a bit light? Still a great image though!
Cheers,

Rolf,
I think this was shot towards the final stages of the Belt of Venus disappearing. It's so hard to capture as it only lasts at maximum intensity for a few moments. I wonder if there's a formula for estimating its MaxQ, as it were? Thank you, sir. : )
Marc,
Once again, you see the things that I try to portray! We have similar eyes, perhaps? Thanks, mate. : )
Shane,
The softness is due to my polariser getting wet and me quickly scrubbing it with the sleeve of my jumper! I thought it kind of worked and helped give it that mystical feel. : )
Ric,
Thanks, mate. Glad you enjoyed it!
Stephen,
Thanks, mate. I might have to go back and perhaps introduce a little more contrast into the sky. Might help pop it a bit more.
Thanks, guys.

Great image, like the '3rd's' proportioning, very effective. And the 'water-the-filter-wiped-with-sleave' to give mystical effect-so cool!,we are so lucky on ISS to read these tips!,well done.
Have you started getting some of these images printed up for sale?
I recently purchased the EF-S equivalent of the 17-40/16-35 L,for this type
of photography-I really appreciate how you give the settings you had when you took these images Humayan.
Cheers Chris

Chris,
My site is taking longer to finish than I had anticipated. Seems like something else always pops up (I've got two shoots this coming week, as well). All in good time.
Tony,
Cheers.
