Hi guys
After battling the winds and some light pollution I managed to pull out this photo.
Corona Australis
NGC6727,6726,6799,ngc6541 and Bernes 157
8" F/4 newt.Eq6pro unguided
8 x 2 minute subs
Pentax K-x
Please feel free to suggest changes or enhancements

pretty good first go, might want to look at doing some flats and next time your looking that way capturing photons.
hope that you get a chance real soon to go for longer imaging it.
Good advice from David, also I'd suggest applying some darks to the image too.
Off to a great start Paul, nice star colours there.

Hey Thanks guys for the advice. To be honest with you I am not to happy with the photo. The point mentioned are the reasons why. Yes I needed to add flats to the photo. 2; The camera's dark frame substraction was not enough and I need to add darks and finally longer exposure is the key to extract the last bit of detail.
This photo was really a last thought, I intend to reshoot this object at Heathcote next month with all the above mentioned. Interesting to see if there is a major differences.

Yep I much prefer applying 'proper' darks rather than using ICNR (in-cam noise reduction).
