Ok after taking in the comments about the background and the green tinge, i have redone 47Tucanae.

Ok Martone..first of all it is Sorry I "did" a Sidonio or Sorry "I have done" a Sidonio :rolleyes: :lol:.

Inglish lessin ovar

Both versions are really very good, you have handled the bright core very well. The only thing missing is a little bit more star colour variation but it looks pretty good all the same, nice work.

The second is better now lift the saturation a bit in blues

I don't think there is anything wrong with repros. Very nice Martin and, I am looking forward to the re-repro too.

I think the colour in the background is the real issue not the star colours. I think the first star colours were ok. To remove the green in the background you can get a plug in for PS called deep sky colours (HLVG). Sorry I don't have a link for you.

I do wonder though what you are trying to do about the tilt you have in image? This really spoils the image so much. It does make the stars look a little out of focus. Which is a real shame as the rest of the data is pretty good Martin. Are you using a field flattener too? I cannot remember what you are using. Jus want to see your work really shine. Please don't be offended by this.
