Not far from home is Cooyar creek.Recent rain has made it flow again.
My son and his school mate wanted to go fishing in it,so we went on a little excursion, this afternoon.
The fish did not bite, but we saw platypus swimming, snakes everywhere and lots of interesting stuff.
I had my Canon 50d and 17-55 F 2.8 lens and a tripod,so I gave it a whril in the creek, following the usual formulas for longer exposures,on dusk.Bit tricky set up tripod with rocks and drift wood everywhere, but after that the creativity was fun.
Check these out
1, 5 sec,28 mm F18 iso200
2, 3.2 sec,55 mm F18 iso 100
3, as above
4, 2 sec rest as above
5, 3.2 28mm F18 iso 100
And a couple of the kids fishing.
The longer exposures had ICNR on,time taken approx 5.40 pm to 6 pm.
Comments,critique and advice welcomed.
hope you find these interesting.
Cheers Chris
