Hey! My humble sketch made it onto Astro Sketch of the Day!

After only discovering this website yesterday, I thought I'd make a submission today of my little sketch of NGC 253 done in August.

Regarding above post of emoticons on strike...

My emoticons have broken down on me lately and I cannot for the life of me remember ever single one of them to go get them! Anyway - there were a heck of a lot of emoticons used by Alexander as can be seen. Use your imagination. The man was excited. :lol:

I had to drag her kicking and screaming to the 'puter, but she was impressed, :cool:. Then she dashed off after the kids.

I asked my little son if he'd like to use his scope to view the Moon and do a little drawing of what he sees. His eyes lit up and said "oh, yeah!". Another thing to do with Dad. Oh my melting heart! :D

Oh, and 'Strongman' Mike, start looking over your shoulder, mate! I'm coming after you! :scared2: :P :lol: Might take a while, though... :rolleyes:
