Hi all,

seeing was pretty average last night. Probably below average but it is my first image for a month. Some detail was present but I had to work the data a lot to obtain this. Just by way fo example I did a LR deconvolution, then an ME deconvolution and then a VC deconvolution. With some unsharp mask and smart sharpening later in photoshop. Not really a pretty picture but you should have seen the base data.

Comments welcome.

A creditable effort for the conditions Paul, Callisto came up quite well. I admire you for making the attempt.

I set up early under about 9/10 cloud and kept checking outside every half hour but gave it away about 10:30pm still with no break in the clouds in site.

Tonight and tomorrow night look promising.

Regards
Trevor

Nice attempt Paul. Yes I'd agree, my seeing was slightly better I think. High speed jet in my case.

It wasn't a total dead loss. I did get some nice lunar data which I am currently processing. 3 panels in the mosaic so far with the DMK41.... Stay tuned.......

Not too bad Paul. I was out as well that night and whilst the Jet was not too bad, The seeing was not great down lower.
