This conference will be in english (headphones for a real-time translation are available for italians who want to follow it in italian language), and will take place just 2km from my house!! Isn't that a wonder? :D

This is the official presentation of the conference, in italian language: http://www.ufficiostampacagliari.it/news.php?pagina=3712

I don't know if this conference will be filmed... if this will happen and the file will be uploaded somewhere, I will provide here a link to the conference (that is in english).

Nice conference, I really enjoyed it! Her english was very clear, so I did not make use of translaters. Many interesting questions came also from the peoples.

Unfortunately, noboby filmed this event, so I'm not able to share with you this amazing moment. :(

Ah what a surprise! :D She said she came to Sardinia almost two weeks ago, because here (in Chia, 40km from Cagliari) there was a meeting between radio-astronomers (it seems that a new pulsar was discovered, whose period is the fastest discovered so far). Many of these astronomers were australian, so she said... may be they are involved in the organization of the conference in Melbourne. ;)
