I was looking on Google earth the date the satelite photo was taken was Late 2009

yep, this one's great in the city
but not too good on the rural, the latest image for Kilcoy is from 2004, for my Mums house in brissie, the image is dated Sept 2010.

Nearmap is fantastic!
Have a look at the 'multiview' option top left hand side - when zoomed in to a certain level.
It shows N E S W side angle shots of the area you are looking at. At a high enough res you could possibly look into windows:confused2::eyepop:
